Lead halide perovskites: From materials to optoelectronic devices
Lead halide perovskites: From materials to optoelectronic devices
Lead halide perovskites have attracted considerable attention due to their wide applications ranging from photovoltaics to photodetectors, light emitting diodes, and laser as well. While the lead halide perovskite based optoelectronic devices have been successfully reported in past few years, most of the demonstrated devices are directly achieved with the as-grown materials, which are usually far from the requirements of optoelectronic chips. In this talk, I will briefly discuss the technological progress of our top-down fabrication technique. We show that both of MAPbX3 perovskites and CsPbX3 perovskites can be transferred to optoelectronic devices or integrated photonic devices with precisely controlled shapes, positions, and sizes. This research shall route a way to perovskite photonics.
